A laboratory for awakening creativity — a week-long immersion in the Michael Chekhov Technique with Joerg Andrees — actor, director, and founder of the Michael Chekhov International Academy (MCIA) in Berlin.

Central theme: imagination.

“Imagination is everything,” as Michael Chekhov said. We will explore imagination through psychophysical training, movement, improvisation, and group work.

It is no coincidence that this laboratory takes place at the Yellow Mill (Moulin Jaune) near Paris — a legendary place created by the renowned artist Slava Polunin as a living laboratory of creativity. Here, nature, art, and everyday life intertwine, dissolving the boundaries between reality and imagination. The space itself invites play, transformation, and discovery.

Program includes:

• six days from 10.00 to 19.00

• daily psychophysical training, work with body and imagination, partner and group exercises, and a creative project emerging from the process

• spring, delicious food, friendly atmosphere
